Hard Feelings

Hard Feelings is a public installation presented at Alcova Milan 2026, occupying the balcony of one of the buildings within the Baggio Military Hospital. Two white inflatable forms, a triangle and a cube, are suspended above the urban context, establishing a relation defined not by harmony or resolution, but by tension and distinction.

Rather than functioning as symbols or objects, the forms operate as spatial limits, each marking the boundary of the other. Their coexistence creates a condition where proximity sustains difference rather than dissolving it. Detached from narrative and without fixed meaning, Hard Feelings explores relation as a state of unresolved coexistence, where affect emerges through distance, contrast, and silent confrontation.
